Payment Policy
All services are to be paid upfront through Zelle, Venmo, Time to Pet, check or cash. A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to hold your reservation, and payments are non-refundable unless 14 days’ notice is given before the service starts. Please make checks payable to Pet and People Sitters Inc.
Our Meet and Greet visits are complimentary for prospective clients with upcoming travel dates. If you do not have upcoming travel dates but would like to meet us for future services, there is a $50 charge that will be put toward a future service. A key must be provided at the initial Meet and Greet. If a key is not provided, an additional $50 charge will apply for pickup and delivery.
Daily Visits
One-hour visits are $50 per visit, for up to two animals. These visits are available once or twice daily and include feeding, walks, playtime, and companionship. Additional pets are $50 per day for each dog and $25 per day for each cat.
Overnight Visits
Overnight services are $150 for 12 hours or $200 for 13 hours, for up to two animals. Our 13-hour Overnight Service includes a one-hour lunch visit. Pricing for additional pets is based on the distance traveled and the level of care needed. For additional pets, each extra dog is $50 per day, while each additional cat is $25 per day.
Additional Charges
Holiday rates include an additional $25.00 charge per hourly visit, or an additional $25.00 charge for overnight visits. Holiday rates apply within the week of the 5 major holidays. If 72 hours or less notice is given for a new reservation, there is an additional charge of $75. Custom services are also available upon request to meet your specific needs.
